The module aims to provide basic skills for writing epidemiological research papers and searching and evaluating the scientific literature.It is a core module for the Epidemiology and an option for the PGDiploma and MSc Demography & Health courses.

Formal assessment of this module is through an assessed assignment comprising of two written papers (100%).
