This module aims to introduce students to key issues in Global Mental Health and to provide a critical understanding of this emerging field.It is available to be studied by students registered for the MSc/PG Dip in Global Health Policy.
Please note: For the MSc Health in Humanitarian Crises programme, this module is not available to study as an individual module.

Assessment
An annotated bibliography on an important mental health topic in a specific country (30%); and, a policy report on the same topic (70%).
If students fail the module overall, they are allowed one further attempt at the failed element (assignment).
