This course consists of four modules which aim to give you a detailed understanding of contract law. The course is primarily based on the common law of England. It also examines some statute law which has changed or added to the common law, for example the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Assessment
Each module is assessed by a 45-minute unseen written exam.
